During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer. Any significant delay will be communicated via email or WhatsApp.

We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within:

 

  • Metro cities: 3–6 business days

  • Other locations: 5–9 business days

 


Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or regional restrictions.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp to track your shipment.


 

Delays & Exceptions

 


FanPrint is not responsible for delays caused by:

 

  • Courier partner issues

  • Natural events or force majeure

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer

 


 

Damaged or Lost Packages

 


If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

 

  • Order ID

  • Photos (for damaged items)

 


We will evaluate and assist with a replacement or resolution where applicable.


 

Address Accuracy

 


Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.
